Cancellation Policy
Limit heat styling: Minimize the use of flat irons, curling irons, or blow dryers close to your relaxer appointment. Protect from the weather: Stay out of extreme sun, wind, or cold weather that could stress your scalp. Colouring services: If you’re interested in our colour services apart from black, and brown you will need to come in for a consultation and skin test 24-48 prior to service. Cancellations Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late by more than 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you for your understanding!
