To get the best possible outcome for your hair, here are an few key points to keep in mind for pixie appointment: We will cut and relax your hair, do not relax and come to cut as the results won’t be the same. No fresh shampoo (we will wash and mould) Do not shampoo your hair immediately before getting a relaxer, as the natural oils on your scalp help protect it from chemical damage. Avoid scalp irritation: Refrain from scratching your scalp, using harsh hair products, or tight hairstyles that can cause discomfort. Instead add grease to your scalp after removing weave and braids and come with it detangled. Limit heat styling: Minimise the use of flat irons, curling irons, or blow dryers close to your relaxer appointment. Protect from the weather: Stay out of extreme sun, wind, or cold weather that could stress your scalp. Colouring services: If you’re interested in our colour services apart from black, and brown you will need to come in for a consultation and skin test 24-48 prior to service. Cancellations Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late by more than 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you for your understanding!
