Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 14.04.25 By booking the Pixie Masterclass Course with Afro Hair Birmingham, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Payment - Full payment is required to secure your place on the course. - Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. - Exchange date only of new date if unable to attend booked. Please email gracymitch@gmail.com 7 days before to allow to reschedule. 2. Cancellations and Non-Attendance - If you are unable to attend, you must give at least 7 days’ written notice prior to the course start date. - Notice must be sent to: gracymitch@gmail.com - A £200 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover costs already incurred. - Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund. 3. Refunds Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances: - The course is **cancelled** by Afro Hair Birmingham. - An **administration error** occurs that results in an overcharge to the customer. - The **course start date is changed** by Afro Hair Birmingham and the new date is unsuitable for the customer. - A customer provides valid **written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the course** (subject to £200 admin fee). 4. Course Changes - Afro Hair Birmingham reserves the right to make changes to course content, tutors, or venue where necessary. We will always aim to notify you in advance. 5. Liability - Afro Hair Birmingham is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to changes or cancellations. - We are not liable for any personal belongings brought to the course. 6. Code of Conduct - All attendees are expected to behave professionally. Afro Hair Birmingham reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without a refund. 7.
